Built inside a land team, not a software company
Land Shark is land acquisition software made by people who buy land for a living, for teams that do the same.
Why it exists
Our acquisition team ran on the usual stack: a CRM built for selling software, a parcel site for the maps, spreadsheets for the deals and the county website for everything else. Every one of them was missing something land needs, and nothing tied the parcel, the owner and the deal together. So we built the tool we wanted.
What it does
- Find: every parcel and owner in the counties we cover on one map, with flood, wetland and zoning layers and nearby sales priced per upland acre.
- Reach: the owner becomes a contact, every call and letter is logged in seconds, and follow-ups come back on the right day.
- Close: a pipeline built around properties, every LOI version with its changes marked, and due diligence, deposits and closing dates in one view.
How it is built
Land Shark runs our own pipeline every day, so every part of it has been used on a real acquisition before anyone else sees it. It works on a laptop and on a phone. Every company on Land Shark is walled off from every other, in the database itself.
Who it is for
Land acquisition teams at homebuilders, developers and land investors: the reps who call owners, the managers who run the pipeline and the people who sign the deals.
Getting access
Land Shark is in private beta, with room for a few more teams. Create an account to request access for your company and we will reach out.
